How long does it take for a 2 liter soda to cool down if put outside in winter?!

Question: How long does it take for a 2 liter soda to cool down if put outside in winter?

If the temp of the soda starts at room temp and is put outside at 28 degrees F, how long would it take to cool down to 40 degrees F or refrigerator temp. I'm getting thirsty for some soda.

just set it in salt water-salt makes it get cold quick
