Has this grape juice turned into alcohol yet?!
I opened it on saturday and stuck it in the fridge. Sunday afternoon I left it out on the counter until right now. so it wasn't refrigerated for like 2 days. Is this bad for me to drink? I just drank a big glass.

To make it alcoholic it has to ferment for a lot longer and it requires a few chemical additives to make it safe for consumption
Most likey I would say your fine , if it was off you probably would have been able to taste it
dont worry. grape juice doesn't just turn into wine.
