Answers:

Yes i am the same way with mountain dew, if i don't have enough mt dew i get headaches and extremely grouchy like my four year old does without a nap. it is very addicting and very bad for you though. it has a very acidic level of 3 remember The SAFE level of pH is 5.0 to 9.0

That headache is a withdrawal from caffeine. I had a similar problem from drinking coffee. Mine wasn't an addiction though; my coffee was made really strong, I quit drinking it immediately. Caffeine is possible to be addicted too. Sometimes people get addicted to caffeine pills. I would try to ease it down a bit.

Mt Dew has the most caffeine of any soda I am aware of. You are definitely addicted and when you don't drink it you are going through withdraw. You definitely need to cut back on the soda. You will feel better and loose some weight, too.

Yes it is. These fizzy drinks contain a lot of caffeine. They are not exactly very good for you, especially just before bed. But Im sure there is no other addiction, its all psychological. Caffeine does nothing like that. So yea..

Yes, you apparently have a caffeine addiction. It wouldn't be a bad idea to quit drinking soda (or at least cut back a lot), or drink soda without caffeine.

You can become addicted to about anything, I am addicted to diet root beer. have to have it around. bye

Yes, it's possible to be addicted to almost anything. Soda included.
