Question: Does drink milk help you grow ?
PLEASE READ PLEASE READ ! IMPORTANT DETAILS -------------------------------- > Hey guys ! So lately, I've been wondering if milk actually will help me grow . I've heard from my family that milk actually does help you grow . Lately, my 13 year old cousin had been drinking 7 cups of milk a day for the past 2 weeks and she's grown about two inches . But I'm thinking she just hit her growth spurt instead . ---------- So, can you guys give me some tips on how I could grow faster ... ? - I don't eat vegetables, nor fruit . So i guess that's probably a huge problem for me . I'm currently in the 6th grade and about 4'10 and 3/4 . My mom is 4'11 and dad is 5'9 . How tall do you think I'll be ? Yes, but only slightly.

MILK has a lot of calcium, calories, and protein. SO yes, it does help you grow. But your final height won't dramatically change because genes are the main contributor to your height.
