Proteins and fats with exercise. Eat steaks burgers pasta cheese eggs potatos rice and good fats like avocados and nuts. Grains and veggies wont hurt eat those too just dont make them your staple diet. Along with regular exercise and u should start to gain a bit. Some guys have insane metabolisms and are thin. A lot of women (and men) think its sexy. Bulk up because u want too not for anyone else.
