Question: Will naked juice protein drinks make u fat?
i love the shakes. i get them at sheetz all the time and they create thiks full feeling that helps me cut snacks. so by drinking this will it b good for my body and help me stay slim or will it just make me fat. im aware protein is essitinal for building muscle.

You should limit any fruit juice to 8 ounces per day; otherwise, yes, they can make you put on weight, especially if you're not active.



Depends on what else is in it. The protein will certainly not make you fat. If it has sugar in it, then maybe so. Body fat comes from an excessive intake of highly glycemic carbohydrates like sugar.
If your daily diet contains things like breads, rice, potatoes and so on then you can tolerate very little sugar without getting fat. Proteins and fats do not cause one to become fat-actually they cause weight loss. Its the carbs that cause you to get fat, and sugar is the # 1 culprit.

I know how you feel. I have been frustrated trying different programs, and fed up diets which are bland and just do not work. I have tried a lot of things and none seem to work for me or my friends.
