If its beverages you mean - water, mocktails, decaffeinated tea / coffee, some infusion, Ovaltine, milk, juices, smoothie, milk shake, soy drink, almond 'milk' and non-alcohol beer.



Kids can have anything non-alcoholic, generally. Most of their parents prefer they also have non-caffeinated drinks as well.

You can make a fun "mixed drink" for kids by freezing colored fruit drinks (like Kool Aid) in ice cube trays. Stack several cubes of different colors in a glass and pour lemon-lime soda over them. This makes a very special kid-friendly drink.



We have removed the vitamins and have now sharpened our focus on fueling .... You can drink Gatorade anytime you are thirsty. Gatorade is not just for ... Pediatricians frequently recommend Gatorade to keep children adequately hydrated.

Try to avoid, sugary, caffinated, and of course alcoholic. It's common sense really.



Shirley Temples are a popular non alcoholic drink for kids, also sparkling non alcoholic wine.



I give my boys milk, water and 100% juices...check the labels, many juices contain as little as 5% juice.

Once in a blue moon, I'll let them have some soda...caffeine free soda.
