Should I drink green tea or lemon water in the morning?!


Question: Should I drink green tea or lemon water in the morning?
I wanna lose weight but I'm also constipated so I'm gonna try drinking lemon water for constipation and green tea for my metabolism. I don't add honey or sugar or milk or anything in my tea and lemon water. The question is; Should I drink green tea in the morning and lemon juice in the evening or lemon juice in the morning and green tea in the evening?
p.s. I heard that you should drink lemon water in an empty stomach to make it work as a laxative. Is that true?

Green tea in the morning. I drink green tea twice a day. I add fresh lemon to mine every time.

I know Twinings has a teabag pack called Green Tea with Lemon. I've bought that before.



I would suggest to take 1 teaspoon of olive oil mixed with lemon juice on an empty stomach, in the morning to help with the constipation.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil because this guarantees that the oil has been cold pressed from freshly harvested olives and does not contain chemicals.
Don't worry that olive oil is going to make you fat, no in fact is a natural stool softener and with lots of benefits. Our body can't do with fats and olive oil is a good one.

If you want to lose weight and fat, drinking tea around meal times will help block nutrition absorption, increase fat excretion and remove food toxins so drink the green tea in between meals best is at least half an hour after meal or at least 1 hour before the next meal.
