Question: What happens after boiling fresh orange juce?

I like to drink hot orange juice an old italian friend used to do the same and it seems to be very good after principal meals and very digesting and taste never changes i.e. no bitterness or bad smell my question is will there be any chemical change after boiling fresh orange juice??

i once boil juice in oven, it taste good but have to really try it!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think some chemicals are evaporated
