i am the same age and do the same thing the only thing you should do is cut back to every once in a while instead of one a day man if you drink them daily you will get cavities if you don’t brush your teeth right and last i heard it was $3,000 to remove 2 cavities in my litl bro’s mouth
you shouldn't drink monster at all it can give you alot of heart and other problems!
