Depending on the spices that are used it can have different benefits. One cup a day should be enough to get the benefits. Decaffeinated chai is probably better for you. Green tea chai has antioxidants and other healthy aspects. You can do all the research into the ingredients online.
Depending on how its made, it can have different ingredients that have different effects. Most chai teas have tea and spices that do contain plenty of healthy antioxidants, but also are made with sugar and contain caffeine. If you want to avoid either of these, you should stay away from too much chai.
