Is Vitamin Water and Fuze like Energy Drinks?!
I'm wondering about the difference between vitamin water and energy drinks or fuze and energy drinks. I know that both are unhealthy for you and I was wondering about your activity level after drinking one and whether or not it will act like an Energy Drink and keep you awake and active. Thanks! :)

Vitamin water and Fuze are not energy drinks they are just full of antioxidants that sometimes can give you energy... like vitamin B6.
"energy drinks" normally are full of sugar or caffeine
Its ok to have have Vitamin water and Fuze and perfectly healthy.
I dont know about fuze but vitamin water is pobanly healtjhier than normal water and gives you the same energy as energy rinks but it lasts longer!
