Question: Who started the practice of free soft drink refills?
Coffee has usually been a beverage that most sit down eating establishments have offered free refills for, but now most restaurants, fast food or sit down offer free soft drink refills. So do many movie theaters. What establishment started this practice which is now a trend in the US?
