they wouldn't put it there if the buying public didn't prefer it. pour some in a glass, and let it sit until it goes flat. see how it tastes.
good question. how does hot sauce taste so good, if nature made those chemicals to discourage animals from eating the plants they are found in? i guess we humans are funny that way.
