How can I make an energy drink out of normal household foods?!

Question: How can I make an energy drink out of normal household foods?
I'm starting to think I have some kind of sleep disorder.I can't sleep and I have to go to school in 3 hours.I'm 15 so there shouldn't have a big negative effect on me.No I'm not one of those stupid teenagers who thinks he's superman.I just said that so you would know I'm old enough for an energy drink.

Maybe you have got some problems with health and u should visit your doctor! It's one of the most effect solution

Perhaps you should start addressing the reason why you can't sleep. If you feel it has reached a serious level, it would be a good idea to take a trip to the doctor and see if he/she can help.

If you need some kind of energy drink to keep you alert during the school day, look no further than pineapple juice. You can get that in any store that sells foodstuffs or drink, and a nice cold carton or glass of that, will make you feel perkier. It is cheaper than the so-called energy drinks you can get, but has just as good as effect on your blood sugar.

Choose 1/2 gallon of a flavorful, non-carbonated beverage. Often filtered water and a powdered drink mix are a good choice.# Add 1 to 2 pinches of potassium chloride based salt substitute.

4
Add liquid b-vitamin supplements (Add dosage depending on the amount of the finished drink you intend to consume per day. If you're going to consume the whole batch by yourself in one day, 1/2 to one dose is recommended.)

5
Add medical/food grade caffeine, no more than 200 mg per serving (See warnings below).

6
If desired, herbal extracts such as ginseng may be added, as well.

Shake and chill well.
