The healthy amount of water that is recommended one should consume daily is about 2 litres.
Many people do not reach that amount every single day. However, exceeding that amount may produce negative affects as well. Simply try to reduce your water intake to 2 litres and see if these symptoms continue. If they do, then it is not caused by your water intake.
are u active? well do you drink water with every meal? well my opinon is that you should try to like stop drinking that much and mayde bring it down to 2 liters a day let's see if that will help your head aches.. why did you start drinking that much water?

you might want to try cutting down to 3.5 or 3 liters.
