3 ballerina tea cause diarrhea?!
Okay so I've been recommended this tea but I heard it has a laxative effect and causes diarrhea but it helps you lose weight. Has anyone tried it ;does it taste good and does it give you diarrhea?

It is a diuretic and will cause diarrhea. You will lose water weight but not fat. I would recommend green tea for weight loss. With a healthy diet and exercise you can achieve real weight loss.
