Sugar Free starbucks drink question?!
in a sugar free caramel drink, do they add caramel sauce? because if they did wouldnt that defeat the purpose of using sugar free syrup? same thing with vanilla and other flavors. do they add sugary sauces or other flavors or is it just sugar free syrup, milk and coffee?

If you order a skinny (meaning sugar-free, non-fat milk) carmel, vanilla, hazelnut, or cinnamon dolce, you get completely sugar free. The only drink that you order 'skinny carmel macchiato' has sugar-free vanilla, non-fat milk, and regular carmel sauce. However, you can just tell them 'no carmel drizzle' and they will leave the sugary syrup out.
