Chocolate can cause hyper are because there done little caffeine gnomes livin in et along wid da suger gnomies.
i.e. sugar and caffeine
b/c of the sugars, however, Conventional wisdom has it that giving young children chocolate will cause them to become fidgety. but it dont make them hyper
Almost all chocolate has sugar and caffeine which makes you more alert and awake but will eventually make you tired when it wears off.
It has a little caffeine.
