I heard it's good to drink hot water and lemon in the morning. Is a few drops of lemon juice ok?!

Question: I heard it's good to drink hot water and lemon in the morning. Is a few drops of lemon juice ok?
A website said to have a slice of lemon in the water, but I only have lemon juice. Would this still have the same affect? If so, how many drops do you think I should add?

Thanks in advance :)

Yeah its good but its also boring haha. Add what ever amount floats your boat id go for 10 as i love lemon juice.
They say its good as it contains no caffeine and the little hit of vit c is great and mildly anti biotic but look at all the all the anti-oxidants and cancer beating chemicals that you are missing out on by replacing a cup of tea for plain old water?
Look at the qualities you get from tea before you make this morning drinking choice

Lemon juice is fine.It depends on the size of the glass but I would put about 4/5 teaspoons in a half pint tumbler. If you put any more it might be too strong and encourage you to add sugar which would defeat the object!

Water and lemon juice is really a healthy drink and also curbs appetite. It's a great way to start the day. I would put as much lemon juice into the water that I was comfortable with.

Yes, because the good thing about lemons is the citric acid which is also in lemon juice :)
Maybe 5-10 drops?

it is recommended that you drink the juice of 1/2 a lemon, twice a day,so about one tablespoon
