Is it unhealthy to drink to much milk?!
Answers:
you can become anemic since it makes you full and not want to eat. that's what the pediatrician told me about my son.
This is debated. The dairy industry promotes milk consumption endlessly (one guess why?), saying that it helps build strong bones, provides vital nutrients not easily accessible in other grocery-market foods, and "as part of a reduced-calorie diet" can even help you lose weight. Guess what? Eating a hamburger, as part of a reduced-caloried diet, can help you lose weight too.
Cow milk is for calves. Breast milk is for babies. The compound is not ideally suited for human digestive system, and although lack of milk consumption can result in a milk allergy, there have been cases of milk allergies set on by over-consumption.
I would cut down on milk and replace it with water.
You can drink to much milk forsure, and although you may not want to hear this cows milk contains puss and dissolved scabs from the cows utter, since they are hooked up to the machines constantly their utters get damaged and when they run out of milk and are still hoked up puss is pumped out into the milk. I sugest soy milk or some organic milk, much healthier and no puss.
I do not think dairy is a healthy food group. Raw dairy, the jury's out for me... but pasteurised dairy, I'd say, definitely something you want to ditch. Especially in that sort of quantity!
The dairy industry is huge and powerful, and has been very successful with marketting its message to the public, but what we don't often hear is the other side.
If you want to read about the dark side of dairy from a health perspective, this is a fairly good summary:

If you find it hard to give it up, I'd recommend cutting down gradually. Check out other milks. Did you know you can make a really healthy milk out of almonds or other nuts? Soak 100g overnight, discard the soaking water, then blend the heck out of them with fresh water. Strain and squeeze it through a cloth and you have your own healthy, delicious nut milk!
Milk is extremely fattening. You should only drink one 8oz glass a day. Your mom probably just complains because its expensive though. Also milk has a lot of hormones in it and its not really good for you to drink that much. Especially because you are a teenager and your hormones are all screwy anyway.
too much of anything is not good for you. btw, someone died by drinking too much water. so, i would suggest you keep it to drinking 2 to 3 glasses of milk a day, but not any more. there is no proven risk of drinking too much milk but why take a chance right?
and anyways, my mom always yells at me for not drinking milk. you're 13(and so am i), we'll grow up to be 6ft tall some day, so don't worry. =)
cow's milk is for baby cows. it is bad for humans in general. ever notice the commercials that say you lose weight if you include dairy in your diet. if you lived on milk products alone, you would die. it's true, well, *my* mom says it is.
no it is said that it is better to have more milk than less because there is very many nutrients in it but it can be fattening so drink it in moderation.
yes it is, you should only limit to 3 glasses of milk a day, that is more than enough calcium for a growing child
Yes it can be dangerous. But stick to about 3-5 glasses a day.
yes
