Question: Help! I am trying to find the name of a coffee shop/house in San Francisco I watched on a Food Network show.?
SF chef Chris Cosentino mentioned it as one of his favorites. It is a special SLOW brew through glass pipes and tubes down to glass bulbs kinda thing. Looked very interesting to just sit and sip and watch. Does anyone of this place?

I don't know if this is the place your chef mentioned, but Blue Bottle Cafe has siphons.
