What are the benefits and disadvantages to drinking cran-grape juice?!

Question: What are the benefits and disadvantages to drinking cran-grape juice?
I drink sugar free cranberry-concord grape juice all the time. I drank almost an entire 64 oz bottle to myself today. I know the cranberry juice has so many antioxidants in it, it makes me piss like a horse. And it's good for preventing urinary tract infections. What else? And is it bad to drink so much everyday? I'm addicted to that stuff... :)

as long as it's no sugar added, I don't believe there are any disadvantages.

Cranberries and cranberry juice have excellent effects on cardiovascular system and immune system, and as anti-cancer agents. The can help prevent kidney stones. In fact, they are even beneficial for your teeth. To an extent, they can stop and reverse formation of plaque. On the other hand they are also very acidic. That can wear down enamel over time.

As far as concord grapes go, according to wikipedia, "Commercial juice products from Concord grapes have been applied in medical research studies, showing potential benefits against the onset stage of cancer,[38] platelet aggregation and other risk factors of atherosclerosis,[39] loss of physical performance and mental acuity during aging[40] and hypertension"

I couldnt find any disadvantages or counter-indications for concord grapes. :)

Awful!! Don't eat sugar-free or diet anything!! It once had sugar I'm sure. Sucralose and aspartame are the worst things for you out there. High fructose corn syrup, though claimed to be the worst thing for you to try to eat, is not. Live about it instead if you must.

As long as it's natural and doesn't have all that nasty artificial stuff in it, I'd say you're good. Just drink some water, too.
