Drinking Cocoa hot or cold?!

Question: Drinking Cocoa hot or cold?
When drinking cocoa, would it be a good idea to drink it cold rather hot? Because if it were to be boiling hot wouldn't that lose all the antioxidant properties?

Heat the water or milk separately, then add it to the cocoa (or add the cocoa to it if you heat it in a cup). You shouldn't actually heat the cocoa itself with the liquid.

yeah really hot milk isn't good for anyone. As long as you don't bring it to a boil though it isn't actually bad. I friggin love really cold chocolate milk.

I drinking coco cold.

I prefer it warm.So that it warms my hands when I am holding the cup.
