Are the "vitamin" added water drinks really "snake oil"?!

Question: Are the "vitamin" added water drinks really "snake oil"?
I heard on the news that one of those drinks has 8 teaspoons of sugar per bottle. Not really healthy it seems.

Answers:

They are not healthy at all so avoid those and drink regual water

I guess if it gets you drink water then they are "ok", but they aren't that beneficial, especially if you take a multi vitamin or eat a balanced diet. BTW, stevia is plant derived, but so is sugar (cane and beets) and high fructose corn syrup (corn). Not to mention agave.

Pretty much, yes. LifeWater isn't as evil - it contains no sugar or artificial sweeteners (contains stevia extract, naturally occurring plant)...but still negligible vitamins.
