Yes it has zero calories and 0 sugar. Instead it uses a artificial sweetner ( aspartame) which has been known to cause cancer. It would be better if it was made with real sugar.
Diet pepsi doesn't have calories, but it does contain calories. Coke Zero is the one that contains zero calories and sugar.
It really has ZERO calories. The sweetness comes from atrificial sweeteners which do not contain calories instead of real sugar which does.
