How many liters of water is too much?!
I typically drink about 6 liters of water a day(sometimes less). Is this too much water? If so what are the affects this can have on my body?

It is recommended that you drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weighed 100 lb. you would want to drink 50 oz. of water per day.. as an example. Drinking too much water can be very dangerous and cause malnutrition if you are washing out all your nutrients.
When you start feeling like your going to throw up dont drink anymore water!
