Is it too much caffeine?!

Question: Is it too much caffeine?
2 fourteen ounce cups of green tea And one can of red bull
I can usually drink 5-6 cups of coffee with 0 effect if that helps

Answers:

The recommended daily dose is 300 - 400 mg. That's the amount in 3 - 4 normal cups of coffee.
If you've been drinking that much for a long time you won't notice the effects any more, but they are there.
Don't stop all at once either or you'll have serious withdrawal problems, muscle and head aches, feeling moody etc.. Cut down a cup a week until you're at a more 'normal' level. Think of something nice that you will look forward to as a substitute, try berry flavoured herbal teas, or get decaffeinated green tea and coffee. Have a caffeine free soft drink or ginger beer instead of Red Bull.

i don't understand you question, an ounce isn't a measurement of liquid, if you gave us something like millilitres or litres of even fluid ounces maybe you'd get an answer.

Unless by Ounce you mean you're weighing the actual cup?
