Why does decaf coffee drain more slowly than regular?!
Answers:
Unless the caffeinated and decaffeinated brands you use differ from each other in the way of texture and cluster sizes, I see no reason why one should filter faster than the other. That is unless the machine is set to brew decaf while brewing decaf. While on this setting it will brew slower to allow for more flavor since decaf is blander than caffeinated coffee.

Hi samuel,
Probably the amount of coffee in the handle is too much hence it takes longer. Make sure u fill the group handle with the right level of coffee everytime. If ur not trained in coffee, a few handy tips-
when u have to make a cup of coffee, ALWAYS flush the group head to release any remnants, then wipe the group handle clean and fill it with the appropriate level. As soon as u lock the handle in, u must hit the button & place ur cup underneath or else coffee starts burning. I hope u get ur milk ready first & then gve a shot of coffee.
Once done serving a customer, bang spent coffee out from handle into dump tube.
Hope this helps?
