5 hour energy side effects?!

I took two 5 hour energy's at once. One was extra strength while the other was just plain. I took them about 30 minutes apart. I feel like I've taken adderall or something because I've been up all night, I can't sleep and I felt nauseous every time I tried to eat. I rarely drink soda so it might have been because of the caffene but is this normal? Because this his horrible.
