started shaking from a caramel frappacino made with milk not creme. is it the caffeine ? any other ideas? thanks !

Yes, it is the caffiene. It will wear off in a while. (BTW: love the sound of caramel frappacino) =)

of course it's the caffeine. It's not good for you. the sugar can make some people shake too.
