>This is a good question. The fact is that if you put too much carbonation into a drink, it can build up so much pressure that the bottle can explode. In fact, I had a brother in law who had a bottle of coke explode on him. A chunk of the glass went into his forehead and he sued Coke and won! So carbonation has to be a carefully controlled operation so it doesn't do harm. The actual amount of carbonation is very small even in the most fizzy drinks. Also, too much carbonation leaves a "chemical" off-flavor...usually cheap sodas have higher carbonation in order to get people to drink them because they cut back the cost by not putting as much flavor into them. I would think any of your cheap, off brand drinks probably fall into this category, like maybe - Fanta, for example...not sure there, but I would pick Fanta.
soda water, it gets diluted with syrup, but this **** is just water with carbonation added, so it should be the most carbonated, but it tastes awful, so sprite
