Is it possible to make non melt colored ice cubes?!

The first way:
Get an ice tray, pour water in the ice molds, pour food coloring in the water in the ice molds, then put the tray in the freezer.
The second way:
Get an ice tray, pour food coloring in the ice molds, then put the tray in the freezer.

Except at the beginning of the process, soak the soapstone in food coloring (I am pretty sure that this works).
im almost 100 percent sure that all ice melts if at a temperature higher than its freezing temp which includes room temperature
