How much tea can I drink.?!

Question: How much tea can I drink.?
I was thinking about switching from coffee to black tea. I drink about eight cups of coffee a day. Yes, I know, it's a lot of coffee but my stomach can handle it, I've been doing it for years and my heart rate is fine. I also sleep like a log regardless if I drink coffee right before bed or not.

I don't like herbal tea or decaf anything. If I can currently handle 8-10 cups of coffee in a day, then how much tea can I drink if I make the switch? I've heard/read that tea has more caffiene. Can I drink as many cups of tea as I currently do of coffee?

Answers:

Tea has less caffeine than coffee.
Drink as much as you'd like.

I would be careful how much you do drink because it can give you a UTI. But those can be taken care of with some cranberry juice.(Urinary Tract Infection)

I say 4 and after each one wash it down with a full cup water to keep your sugar level down

Experiment.....find out how many cups your body can take.

too much

has many as u want
