Mineral water plant, filler contamination ?!


Question: Mineral water plant, filler contamination ?
Can you suggest best disinfectants ( chemicals ) for the sterilization of fillers? please provide the concentration and frequency ( fillers made by stainless steel ) Already used caustic soda and sodium hypochlorite but pseudomonas contamination still going on ......???
