Does milo (chocolate drinks) contain cafein?!


Question: Does milo (chocolate drinks) contain cafein?
I can't sleep at night if i drank choco drinks, or some sort of drinks like that before i go to sleep. Why?
I thought coffee can only make a person awake. Does choco drinks/ milo contain cafein? that makes ppl awake?

no caffeine in chocolate, but it does have methylxanthenes (a related chemical) which will keep u up. all good chocolates have them.

probably. it is chocolate milk so it got coco in side and cafeinne.

any coco or cafe contains cafeinne.
