is one bottle of pepsi max a day bad for me?!

Question: Is one bottle of pepsi max a day bad for me?
no i don't care if it "rots" my teeth because they are fine, and I don't see how this soda is bad because i've actually lost weight from when i started drinking it.

Answers:

Depends on what you want your body to do for you.

Its great that your losing weight now, and I know colas can be addicting because they are so yummy.
What you do have to watch out for is obviously not the calories. Its not the sugar getting through your teeth either(they make tooth brushes for that problem). It is the amount of sodium in the soda. The more cola a woman drinks, the lower her mineral density will be. Mainly in the hips This has been proven in younger women as well as older ones.

So if you don't mind breaking a hip, or if walking and dancing is just isn't your thing either than have fun now and drink up honey!

A single can/bottle of Pepsi max a day should not be "bad" for you. it has almost no calories, but it does have a lot of caffeine.

also remember the diet drinks also have aspartame which is not so good for you, but my mother always used to say everything in moderation. I see a single bottle a day as moderation.

you should be fine with a single bottle, unless you mean a 2 liter... then it could be bad.

what happened to all the sugar in it??? i doubt 99.9 bud,
i dont know about pepsi max but based on coca cola which is similar there is 32 sugars in a bottle alone so i should think pepsi will be similar it doesnt just rot your teeth it also makes you put weight on if you are losing now then just imaging how much you would lose if you were drinking the diet,
allthough diet has its drawbacks as well it can cause your joints to ache.
i lost nearly 2 stone in 8 weeks by cutting out the sugar.

No, it's OK as much as anything else.
The carbonation can cause tooth enamel to become porous over time- so you may not actually see the damage til it's too late.

I wouldn't drink it because of the high fructose corn syrup which makes me feel like crap after the high and crash, but that's your call.
No worse than drinking cows milk.

Consumption of soda on a consistent basis is very bad for you. But you obviously don't care. You will when you get cancer, diabetes, and when your teeth eventually DO rot (it doesn't happen over night, you know).

Dude, just drink water! Why is that so hard for people to do???

soda is not bad for you . It is 99.9% water and the rest is coloring and flavoring.

Drink up and enjoy.

You've answered your question: you don't care.

I wouldn't drink anything with high-fructose corn syrup or aspartame in it. Research the ingredients, make your own choices.

The only bad thing for you would be the calories. MOST people gain weight while drinking soda. And, as long as you brush your teeth well, then you shouldn't have any dental issues.

ALL soda is bad. Just drink it in moderation. If you plan on drinking one a day, drink plenty of H2O, at least 60-64 ounces per day.

soda in general is bad for you
