Question: Will putting milk into kefir will turn this milk into kefir?

Probably a naive question, but just in case:

I bought some kefir from the supermarket. If I put milk into
the kefir bottle, would that turn the milk into kefir sooner
or later?!

Answers:

Yep. Just like yogurt, kefir is spoiled milk. Put a bit (even a spoonful of kefir will work) into the milk and leave it at room temp. It will all turn into kefir.
