Salvaging crystallized sorbet?!

Question: Salvaging crystallized sorbet?
Is there any way to salvage my crystallized lemon sorbet? I brought it and when I opened it it was all icy and crunchy. Any ideas?

Answers:

It melted to a degree and refroze. That probably happened at the store, but you won't be able to prove it. See if it is just a 'skin' of ice near the top and remove that. If it goes all the way through, you eat it crunchy or throw it away. Make a note to comment to the store where you bought it, and write or call the sorbet company. The company might send you a coupon.
