i just wanted to disagree with one of the answers that said coffee had caffeine.. TEA also has caffeine.. and there have been studies proving that a cup of coffee a day can be beneficial to your health...
but,as far as which is more healthy.. it's tea... i like to make tea with lots of milk and a little bit of sugar..
keep in mind that they both yellow the teeth



Depends what you add to both. But generally Tea is healthier than coffee because coffee is more likely to have caffeine which is a drug. Coffee is also more prone for people to add sugar, or creamers which add to the "non health" label. Tea can be just as bad if you add a bunch of sugar too, but generally tea is a healthier choice.

EDIT: READ "coffee is more likely to have caffeine" ^^ this means tea can have caffeine too but coffee is more likely to have it.

Tea - But green tea, not dark tea. Green tea has less caffeine than regular tea and coffee and releases it in small amounts gradually, instead of an instant rush. Also it has some really good health factors. Can prevent some cancers and is good for your teeth. But like everything else, too much can damage you. 4-5 cups at max a day.

Personally i love coffee, but i can only have one a day otherwise i get headaches. So green tea is my Savior.

The caffeine in tea is better absorbed by your body than the caffeine in coffee. Tee is healthier, hands down.
