You must be addicted to the caffeine or sugar -

Signs and Symptoms of Sugar Addiction:

As with all addictions, a person who has become addicted to sugar will allow items containing high levels of sugar to make up a large part of their diet, or will have to consume a sugary item frequently. When access to these items is denied or they are unable to consume them, low mood, irritability, frustration and panic can occur.

They will normally experience cravings accompanied by fine tremors, headaches and a pre-occupation of thoughts. When access to the sugar is permitted, they will experience an instant rush and feel very satisfied very quickly. If a person has made a conscious effort to remove sugar from their diet, symptoms of withdrawal can include headaches, changes in bowel habit, low mood and anxiety.

Try cutting down and drink water.

Try drinking drinks that taste good but aren't fizzy. I would reccomend any of the Arizona canned drinks such as fruit punch, mucho mango, grapeade or even the tea. That or you could check into fizzy drinks Anonymous lol jk :) goood luck man.

addictions are ur own creations, fizzy drinks are bad 4 ur health, always think of ur health as it is the greatest wealth

Switch to fresh fruit juices.. I mean SERIOUSLY..

Try to stop buying them.

It's the sugar, High fructose corn syrup or the caffeine.

Try to cut back.
At least one or two of those sodas you wouldn't even notice.

Try just having three a day, then cut back to two.
