yesterday there was a news report about diet drinks. They can give you a risk for a stroke & other heart related illnesses.

Try finding a tea you like. They make flavored teas and there is always the plain flavored ones.

They're a lot more healthy because they're not basically carbonated sugar water. Sugar and carbonation don't go very well together, because the sugar metabolizes easily and is stored readily as fat, plus it upsets the isotatic balance in the mouth and dries it out while the sugar goes to work on the teeth.

Yes, diet drinks still have dilute acid in them.

Nutrasweet is known to increase pain sensitivity, so drinking a lot of diet drinks containing Nutrasweet (in my experience, about 6 in an hour) can make your gums really ache, like a headache.

But mostly they're healthy / healthier.

Hope this helps.

Actually, it has been shown that sugar-free drinks cause more weight gain than sugary drinks.Sugary drinks are better than artificially sweetened drinks but the amount you drink is most important.
An alternative is Stevia. It is a natural sweetener with no calories.A few companies are beginning to use it but it is hard to find pre sweetened drinks with stevia.

Neither. Sugary drinks can give u diabetes if u drink too much nd other problems. Nd diet drinks fool your body which is bad too. Stick to water, milk,100% juice o nd tea. O nd just in case i usually cut the juice w/ water. No not literally :)

umm neither. your best bet is prob waterrr.. or orange juice, fruit shake, vitamin water,
nothing like that is healthy..

Neither lol. Vitamin water is okay. And Arizona tea, if you like tea but they also have fruity drinks too.
