Has anyone used wheatgrass juice for spots and if so did it work???x?!

I wouldn't bother with these urban myths... Use sudocreme which you should be able to get from most drug stores or supermarkets... It's usually in the baby aisle as most commonly used for nappy rash but if you put a dollop on a spot just before bed, by morning the redness has disappeared and it reduces in size too... Exfoliating once a week is good too x
