Coffee grinds ratio to water?!
Sometimes when I make coffee it has a bitter sour taste. Does this happen because there is not enough water for the amount of grinds ... or because there is too much water?

Might be the water. Does the city fluoride? If so that will make the coffee bitter, will it does mine.
One Tbsp to 6oz. In my experience weak coffee is more likely to taste bitter.
