How do you stop wolfberry juice from fermenting?!

Question: How do you stop wolfberry juice from fermenting?

After extracting fresh wolfberry juice, if you don't put it inside a refrigerator, it will start to ferment. How do i stop this from happening?

I don't want to add any preservatives.

Do you have a fridge? If you don't, try a cooler.

I think you should drink it fermented, this will be good.
