No, its the sugar thats bad for your teeth. Flat soda dosent have any less sugar just less carbonation.
No, it doesn't matter if it is flat or fizzy, it still contains the same harmful ingredients. Most sodas contain citric acid which is hard on tooth enamel and phosphates which leech calcium from teeth and bones.
