Are energy drinks bad for all people?!

Question: Are energy drinks bad for all people?
I mean honestly, I was drinking a 12 pack of redbull a week for 3 months. The only problem I saw was that I was losing my abs. lol. That's the main reason I stopped, also by hearing about the dangers. Maybe some people are more sensitive to energy drinks? I don't know. Because I didn't feel any different from drinking besides my weight. I am turning 20 years old in a couple months.

Answers:

it affects everyone differently and yes it is very bad for you ....i mean don't get me wrong i just turned 22 and ive been drinking monster every day since i was 15 .... as long as you are relatively active afterwards to burn off a little extra energy it is perfectly fine but if you drink like 3 energy drinks just while your playing xbox or something then it is bad for your heart and raises your blood pressure ...which would be fine if you were going to the gym or going to work but just don't drink them and be lazy afterwords and i say drink up. look and no matter what anyone else tells you ...don't drink the low carb or diet energy drinks because they are just as bad for you and taste like crap so if your gonna drink em do it right....

and yes it is like alchol everyone is diferent when they drink them ...i have friends who will drink one and be bouncing off the walls all day and i have some who feel like crap afterwords and dont drink them at all ...me i could drink 10 and be ok but i dont drink pop/soada anymore only energy drinks once a day because in a health perspective they are not good if your trying too lose weight or if ur a health nut but as for all the rumors ...as long as your active afterwords u can drink as much as u want

i drink a monster everyday before work and every time i go to the gym

well, excuse us.. but i don't care for processed foods.. it impacts the circulatory system then once that's dehydrated with chemicals... then the disease begins.

it's you.. not me... drink to your 'hearts' desire.

Not for all people, unless they drink more than the recommended daily maximum. Caffeine is lethal in large amounts.
