Most energy drinks, especially those available in the US, have the same amount or less caffeine than coffee, Monster included.

These things don't give you energy, they simply stave off fatigue. The ones that have a lot of sugar also spike your blood insulin, causing a crash when the caffeine effects wear off.

Just to let you know; i never drank monster energy drinks or any energy drinks at that matter. But my father does. It depends on how your body is. If you get energy fast then one or two will most likely set you off. But they are not healthy at all. Its like drinking without the liquor. For your body you might need more then 1. Maybe 2 and if your crazy the try 3.

Everyones different, but it's the same with me. I drink two a day sometimes, and don't really feel energized however I do notice that I have a hard time falling asleep. I'm don't have energy, but I'm not relaxed either if that makes since.

monster usually just gives a buzz or a kick, if you want a real hype then drink red rooster than have a lucozade shot straight after, it's immense :p
