Are the energy coffee better than regular energy drinks?!
As is better i mean healthier with the sugar content and the the other things they put into it, i am a college student and i need to get some studying done before my midterms next week. I usually dont drink these drink often. for example rockstar energy has a original and a mocha flavor.

The regualr is probably better because it just has sugar and caffeine in it. The coffee ones usually have fat in it because of the cream they add.
They're all bad for you. There is no natural/organic ingredients in them, they're just chemicals.
