Question: Does flavored water have the same affect as nonflavored?

anyone know?

Answers:

Well, yes and no.

Does it count as part of your water intake in terms of hydration? Yes. Any liquid that doesn't contain caffeine or alcohol counts towards your water intake in terms of hydration.

However, flavoured water and things like Crystal Light contain either sugar or artificial sugar, artificial flavours, artificial colours, and a whole host of other chemicals. None of which are healthy for you.

So does it count toward your water intake in terms of health? No.

If you absolutely can't stand plain water, you would be much better off putting a squeeze of lemon/lime/orange or even a few tablespoons of 100% juice in each glass.

Its carbonated

Yep, it's 99.9% (just a guess lol) water.
